Happu Singh cribs about his marital woes to his friend, Beni Prasad. When Rajesh invites her mom to Kanpur for her treatment, Amma tries to discourage her. When Rajesh doesn’t relent, she calls Happu to stop his mother-in-law’s visit as it will coincide with her brother’s. Poor Happu gets stuck between doing right by his wife as well as his mother.
